Chess

A highly acclaimed musical; Chess uses the game of chess as a metaphor for romantic rivalries and East-West political intrigue during the Cold War. Written by the famous ABBA team of Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus, the score includes the international hits “One Night in Bangkok” and “I know Him So Well.”

What the audience said

Brilliant. Being a fan of the original 80s show this certainly didn’t disappoint.

Wonderful rich musical sound to show with some very fine singing . Most enjoyable version of the music

The soloists were top notch and the supporting cast were excellent

The attention to detail was amazing. Everyone on stage was totally in character at all times, even when not involved in the main action
