The Sainsbury Singers production of Red Hot & Cole on 30 October to 2 November 2013 at Leighton Park School, Reading was deemed a great success by all concerned.
Busy audiences were experienced each night and they were sat right by the acting area. Four groups of four each evening had a premium table, cabaret style, served by the show’s waiters. The feedback was universally good for this, the third time that The Sainsbury Singers has used this venue.
Similarly the cast really got into Cole Porter’s music and didn’t want to stop dancing – it genuinely felt odd to be breaking the show down on Saturday night, everyone had such a good time a longer run was a wish for many.
